Order processing

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email straight away and a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive 8–13 days after dispatch, and 83.8% of parcels land within 12 days. Peak winter weeks and holidays can add a couple of days; the estimate shown at checkout is always the most current one.

Tracking your parcel

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Wrong address?

Email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually correct the address before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
